How quickly will I receive a reply?
Most enquiries get a same-day reply on working days. The guaranteed reply window is 24 working hours — covering availability, pricing and lead time.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order applies for free delivery. The 10% trade discount applies on orders of 50+ plants. Net-30 invoicing is available for established trade accounts.
Which countries can you deliver to?
Free delivery to Ireland and 25 EU countries — Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Czechia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Latvia, Estonia and Luxembourg.
What information should I include in the enquiry?
List species (Latin name + cultivar where relevant), pot size, quantity, delivery county or country, and target delivery week. The more specific, the faster the quote.
